Should you not be entirely delighted with any purchase from THEDRAGONSITE.COM, we will replace the product or refund your money (with the exception of delivery charges) within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Information regarding participants is maintained for the sole purpose of presenting the company's products. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us. Credit Card Security

Orders placed through THEDRAGONSITE.COM website are handled in a secure environment. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the software and remain so until they reach our computer. We do not maintain records of credit card numbers.
Our shopping system does provide a mechanism for creating a personal account which will store your personal information. The purpose of this is to make your purchases quicker and more convenient. It is not necessary to set up a personal account to purchase from THEDRAGONSITE.COM website.

Payment

Your order is shipped upon full payment in most cases. Personal checks received require ten business days for bank clearance. Credit card and money order payments are eligible for immediate ship.
Installment orders are interest-free and split into three monthly payments, the first of which is upon receipt of order. Products will be dispatched when sufficient funds have accumulated to allow release.

Delivery

Eligible orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Transit times vary by destination, but generally delivery is made within 2-7 business days of shipping.

Retailers

A retail network is being developed in both the UK and the US. This is being done to permit hands-on viewing in local markets. Customers of our approved US retailers that order through our website will be subject to local taxes.
To find your nearest retailer, please use the Contact button. The information will be provided based on your city, county, state and/or zip code or postal code. A complete listing will not be posted on the website.

Pricing

THEDRAGONSITE.COM has established global pricing to deliver equal value to our collectors regardless of where they live in the world. Any difference in pricing is the result of taxes levied by the government of the country, state or city in which the product is sold. The price includes a standard shipping charge to cover freight, handling and insurance.
